During the summer months, furnished detached houses can be rented for holiday purposes. There are also houses that can be rented all year round. Monthly prices vary. The monthly rent for houses with sea views ranges from 800 to 1,200 euros. The rent for houses without sea views on the same ‘hill’ is around half the price.
