Commission notice:  Upon conclusion of a notarised purchase agreement, a buyer's commission of 2% incl. VAT of the purchase price is payable by the buyer.

The brokerage agreement shall be governed by the immovable property law of the Republic of Turkey:

  1. The contract shall only be concluded for a temporary period.
  2. It is signed by the Buyer and the Broker. 
  3. The amount of commission is indicated in the contract.
